Aileron linkage for trailing edge ailerons (flaps)
This special aileron linkage makes both possible through the aileron horn, a rough adjustment and an extremely precise vernier adjustment as the aileron horn is screwed onto a thread. The torsion bar has a diameter of 3 mm and a length of approx. 155 mm. It will be bent according to the requirements and is lead into two bearing bushes which are set into the wing with epoxy adhesive.
